He brings over a decade of experience building and running high performing agencies and teams across Southeast Asia, India and Hong Kong. Prayaank has a proven track record of providing invaluable strategic counsel to C-level executives, founders, and leaders in marketing and communications across diverse sectors.

acquired from global PR and integrated firms. He has worked
closely with clients across various industries such as healthcare,
technology, finance, consumer goods, education, and nonprofits.
Over the years, he has collaborated with multinational companies
ranging from Canva, Abbott, Sony, Unilever, and Pepsico for B2B
and B2C campaigns. His expertise lies in communications
planning, ensuring the alignment of business and communication
needs with relevant and actionable insights.
Andrew has over 8 years of marketing experience in startups and creative agencies where he has worked on integrated campaigns for the Ministry of Manpower and helped develop content and collaterals for Standard Chartered Bank, Attorney General’s Chambers and Enterprise Singapore. He is also an experienced digital marketer and previously ran lead generation campaigns for tech firms in Singapore. In his previous experience at PRecious Communications, he has worked on multiple clients across logistics, cybersecurity, martech, fintech and sustainability sector.
Charlotte is an Account Manager at Ellerton & Co, with a proven track record in B2B publicity and communications. She kickstarted her public relations career at Louis Vuitton where she thrived in fast-paced environment, having managed 11 markets across South Asia. Having accumulated both in-house and consultancy experience, her portfolio covers a range of Startup and Multi-National businesses in software technology, network security, sustainability, fintech and more.
Ariana has spent about eight years in PR, shaping narratives that highlight business impact and innovation across industries such as banking, insurance, cybersecurity, satellite technology, and social media. She has led media campaigns in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia and ANZ, working with key outlets to strengthen brand presence. Beyond media relations, she has managed social media strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram and spearheaded influencer partnerships on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring brands connect effectively with their audiences across multiple channels.
Katherine is an Account Manager at Ellerton & Co., with global experience in representing clients in the Tech, Blockchain, and Energy space. She believes in championing the art of narration within these well-defined spaces to create the right noise and hype for audiences in the APAC region. She has handled a roster of emerging and established projects within the Web3 space, consulting exchanges and projects like Bybit, BitMEX, Blockdaemon, and Web3Auth through both bear and bull markets.
Melisa began her career in the communication industry within the hospitality sector, where she honed her skills in customer engagement and brand representation. She then transitioned to a public relations agency, gaining invaluable experience that allowed her to navigate and succeed in both corporate and agency environments. With a diverse background that spans multiple industries—including Startups, Venture Capital, Social Commerce, BSFI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Lifestyle, and Technology—Melisa has developed a robust understanding of both B2B and B2C dynamics.
Michelle Bui is an Account Executive at Ellerton & Co. Over the years, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to multinationals like GE, MSD, and AkzoNobel. Michelle has successfully positioned these names in local and regional news and worked on various online and offline communications and awareness campaigns. At E&C, she serves as a key liaison between clients and media, handling daily account management duties and coordinating necessary materials for accounts. Based in Hanoi, she leverages her local knowledge to provide insightful media strategies.
As a political science graduate, Audrey began her communications journey in public affairs and international relations. In the Netherlands, she worked with key organisations in the peace and justice community, including Diplomat Magazine, the Asser Institute, and local embassies. There, she gained hands-on experience in PR, developing multimedia content and crafting communication strategies. She promoted the work of civil society actors across fields such as international law, global security, business, and culture.
Claire Van Tran is a Graphic Designer at Ellerton & Co., where she transforms ideas into captivating visual experiences. Claire’s journey began in Vietnam, working both as a freelancer and in full-time roles for various brands. Claire joined Ellerton & Co. as a graphic design intern and became a full-time designer. In her current role, she focuses on creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages. Her areas of expertise encompass branding, illustration, animation (both 2D and 3D), and social media graphics.
